Michael Jackson- Infamous?
OFFLINE

The death of 50 year old "King of Pop," Michael Jackson shocked the nation yesterday.  How did he die,?  What were his final day like,? and Who was with him,? are just a few questions that the media have been reporting on (or gossiping about).

Jackson enjoyed a long and profitable career as a pop singing sensation.  His Thriller album was one of the highest selling albums in history.  I remember as a kid watching a taped concert where screaming girls in the stands passed out and were pushed out of the crowd to the security guards where they were put on stretchers and carted away.  There are not to many people in this world that can create such a buzz, but Michael Jackson was one of them.  Weather it was kissing Lisa Marie Presley on stage at an awards show, turning fromblack to white, dangling children off balconies or having so much plastic surgery that he was almost unrecognizeable, Jackson will live in infamy.

The buzz around all the websites is enourmous.  Some people praising him for his outstanding career and others saying "good riddance" for another pedafile being off the streets.  I feel that the "King of Pop" really was victimized by the media during his some of his career.  He was never convicted of being a pedafile.  What ever happened to "being innocent until proven guilty?"  Maybe the man truly did love children....who knows?

Well I have to say that an idol has died and no matter what your opinion of him may be, death really shouldn't be celebrated.
