Fat Joe to Perform at New England Music Festival

Fat Joe (Real name Joe Cartagena) will be one of the musicians to perform at the New England Music Festival on August 1, 2009.  Fat Joe is a Bronx, New York native and CEO of Terror Squad Entertainment. 

He began his career in the early 90's and has risen to stardom through the release of several albums.  Fat Joe has collaborated with lots of famous rappers throughout his career, including, LL Cool J, Big Pun, Puff Daddy and Foxy Brown.  Along with singing, Fat Joe also has been successful in the fashion industry and has opened his own barber shop. 

I think that Fat Joe is best known for his infamous feud with fellow rapper, 50 cent.  50 Cent dissed Fat Joe because he recorded a song with JaRule.  In return, Fat Joe released a song called "My Fofo" aimed at 50 cent. 

Fat Joe has become a staple in the Hip Hop Industry and everyone should take advantage of the opportunity to see him at the New England Music Festival.  It will be a day to remember.
